\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMy name is Mauricio Sagastuy. I am the creator of this platform and the consultant of this enterprise. I am passionate about agroforestry, and the potential it has to regenerate the land and improve the profitability of farms. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tI have been working for 7 years as a teacher in agroforestry in a land-management school in Sweden. In this school, I am leading the project\u00a0\u201c<\/span>Agroforestry test-field at Angereds g\u00e5rd<\/a>\u201c,<\/span>\u00a0where we are establishing Sweden’s largest and most biodiverse test-field for agroforestry.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn the last 4 years, I have visited over 50 agroforestry-farms around Europe. In these vists, I have interviewed the farmers to understand how they practice agroforestry in different contexts. The farms I have visited range all the way from small scale forest gardens, to large scale silvopasture or alley-cropping farms.\u00a0As a result of this work, I wrote \u201c<\/span>Agroforestry in Europe \u2013 A practical handbook<\/a>\u201c, which is the first practical handbook on European agroforestry.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
